Gene Doucette

Gene Doucette is the author of over twenty-five sci-fi and fantasy novels, novellas and short fiction. A hybrid author, two of his titles (The Spaceship Next Door and The Apocalypse Seven) are with Harper Voyager, while the rest are self-published. His short fiction has appeared in Lightspeed Magazine and Science Fiction World, and the anthologies The Best American Science Fiction and Fantasy, and The Year’s Best Science Fiction. Gene is also a screenwriter. His script “The Last Flight of Pelican Six” was optioned in 2024.
