The release date is 12/13/16. In the event I decide it’s perfect and wonderful and completely 100% ready sooner than that, I may bump up the date, but let’s assume it holds for now.
Print edition set-up is pending, and Createspace doesn’t do preordering, so I’m afraid if you would like it in that format, you won’t be able to submit an order before the 13th. Audiobook will have to wait until I have the other books in audio. So, sometime in early 2017.
